The Paloma Foundation is lead by a group of volunteers who believe God has called them together to reach His children living in the shadows of persecution and neglect.

Paloma Foundation Board of Directors

Maria Milly Gonzalez, the Founder and a visionary, is a United States naturalized citizen from Nicaragua. As a child she saw first hand the devastation war had on her country. She migrated to the U.S. as a teen by the grace of God and the work of a determined mother, unwilling to let her children fall victim to violence brought on by war. A mother of two and co-owner of JC Painting in Miami, an entrepreneur by trade and a missionary at heart, Milly is following a call put in her as a child. Milly leads the efforts of Paloma on the ground, face-to-face with our contacts to ensure the integrity of the mission.

Albert Gonzales, a graduate of the Calvary Chapel School of Ministry, has nearly 3 decades of experience in the non-profit world serving institutions like The American Red Cross, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, Heaven Bound Christian Fellowship, Calvary Chapel, Barrios for Christ Outreach. In addition, he has specialized in reaching families in crisis and gang-outreach. Albert has served in countless mission trips abroad, leading teams in outreach projects in Mexico and Ireland. He has authored several successful outreach/drop out prevention programs in public schools that continue their success beyond his tenure. As a motivational trainer Albert has inspired audiences throughout the United States. As a servant of Christ, he seeks to use his life to pour himself into others to see them rise up and fulfill their calling.
